With the little waves of warmth that we are having I’m finally able to start shooting outside a little more. I was excited to work with this family last week and these two little guys. Aren’t they just darling in those little ties? When she took them out of their sweaters and I saw those little suspenders I about lost it, seriously SO CUTE! People are always asking me….”What should we wear?” For this type of session I ask (beg) you to refrain from the old standby “uniform” of matching white tops and jeans (Don’t. Do. It.) ? Take it up a notch in order to express yourself a little more (You can do it!!).
Pick one or two pieces you love & build from there. You don’t need to “match,” but you do need to coordinate. So, pick a color or two and play with them. Mix patterns and style so that they complement your family’s style and personalities! Family sessions are priceless art, kids grow so fast and time goes so fast. Be sure and capture the moments that have each personality in your family shining through!
